Finally putting my new motor in

Well after 2 yrs my camaro will run again...soon...i only have one problem at the moment. When i removed everything i broke off both of the drivers side tranny crossmember bolts nearly flush with the subframe. I may be able to get on it with vice grips but it is rusted in there very well and i dont want to ruin it. Is there is a easier way to get this out or does anybody have more suggestions?

Start soaking them with penetrating fluid (PB Blaster seems to be the Board fav) as soon as possible. Get some in from the back side if possible. Drill for easy out, drill & tap for next size up if that doesn't work. Last resort - knock the nuts out (not that hard to do), stick some regular nuts up in there when you mount the crossmember.
