No idea
. I may be wrong but I only see three way you can do it.
#1. Figure out how the OBDII cables are made and custom make one for your own vehicle (hardest).
#2. Search salvage yards for a fourthgen OBDII connector and splice all necessary wires from your pcm and use a standard OBD II hook up cable.
#3. Convert to OBDI.
Sorry man, wish I could be more help =/.

Contact Speartech via www.speartech.com and see if he'll sell you the connector hood and a few crimp pins to go w/ it.
He sells an OBD-2 bench harness that uses the conventional OBD-2 connector hood.

I have an obd II diagram around here somewhere, and a connector is $2.39 from dealership, but #2 is the easiest, as teh connector from dealer is just that, connector w/no wires/leads.
I'm really using 3 leads:
12+ (fuse)
2 grounds (spliced into 1)
serial data lead
2 rows of 16
numbereed left to right:
1-8
9-16
1. not used
2. serial data line class 2
3. not used
4. ground
5. ground
6. not used
7. not used
8. keyless entry program enable switch
9~13 not used
14. serial data line entertainment & comfort
15. not used
16. fuse output battery
