Lt4 Swap my fuel gauge and starter

Well i almost have my swap completed guys but my gas gauge will not work and neither will my fule pump ick on when i turn the key.... Now i have everything hooked up except for the electric air pump and the starter. but i would think i would still see the gas gauge and the fule pump work so i can only think that the wiring is not done properly. I had LT1350.com do the graph for me for the wiring harness. No i think the VATS disabler they did not install so what i am going to do is take the vin number for the PCM and take it up to the dealership and have them make a key with the vats reading it needs so my regular key will work since the disabler is not working or not installed but still need help with the gauge and the fuel pump let me know and i think if hte vats is wrong then the fuel pump won't come on let me know guys any input would be great thanks
