Engine: 350 bored 3 over, edelbrock 600cfm carb,Edelbrock Performer intake,
Transmission: 700R4, shift kit
305 to 350 olds swap question about motor mounts
hey im swapin a 305 chevy to a 350 olds motor and i wonted to know if anyone has done this if so what did you do about the motor mounts. did you use the olds mounts or did you use the chevy mounts. were there any other problems that i may run in to while doing this swap.

ummm,why?If your swapping to Olds power why not a 455?

hey do you know where i can get a 455 i really wont to know id buy it in a heartbeat

Honestly,they are a dime a dozen in the midwest.I'm not too up on the Olds stuff,so I'm not sure what the "good" ones are,and what's not.I just know that if I were diehard enough to go to the trouble,I'd want the 4.25" stroke of a 455 swingin' under my hood.If your willing to pay the shipping,etc.,Call some of the salvage yards in Mo.,Ar.,Ok.,and Ks.I promise you can find a 455
