LT1 intakes.

I've done a search and looked around for about an hour now so I guess nobody has asked this before.. Can I see some pics of guys with LT1 swaps on where you run your intake to? Where my intake sits right now it might as well be called a hot air intake. If I can get some cooler air in there I'm hoping I can break into the 12's.

I used a stock 4th gen elbow that goes to the driver side, a piece of 3" hard plastic tubing and a K&N Cone filter on the end. Since I did away with the purge canister, I have the room to put the filter where the canister would go on a Camaro, but I moved my battery to the passenger side.

once you get above a certain HP level, yes because it necks down so small. If I had the tooling available I'd make myself a 3.5" outlet filter housing.

No, I really don't..mainly because I found the K&N laying on the side of the road where it fell off of an import car

Took it, cleaned it and recharged it is all I have done.
