Swapping and hit something.......
Ok guys, I was installing my new motor and was very exited (first time). And I was lowering the motor in, and I had finally found a way to get it rally close to getting all the way in and I noticed that the rear was too low, so I jacked it up a bit with a piece of wood inbetween the jack and the oil pan. As it jacked up I noticed that the distributor hat was pushed against the firewall.
I guess what my Q is do you guys think that I should get very nervouse about it and get a new cap right away, or let it slide. It wiggles a tinny bit now, but I have no idea how much it wiggled brfore. The only visual damage was 1 of the 4 screws seemed to have poped up a tinny bit. So i tred to screw it back in and it worked a little. I am 99% sure that the distributor is fine, since it was only the cap that was getting pushed.
Any insight please. Thanks
