383 2 bolt main caps torque specs

I'm building a 383 with 2 bolt mains (1 pc rear main seal) and was wondering what the torque specs should be on the main cap bolts and rod bolts.

On a 350, they usually say 70 ft/lbs for inner and 65 ft/lbs for outer on mains (on a 4 bolt main). Since this is a 2 bolt block, I'd think the 70 ft/lbs would be better. But big blocks usually say 95 ft/lbs.

On a 350, the rods are 50-60 ft/lbs.

Any suggestions?
