installing engine with headers installed

Has anyone installed an engine in 3rd gen when it is fully assembled including headers,TPI power steering and alt?
Where do you attach the engine lifting tackle? On carburated I bolt plate to intake manifold. Can't do that on TPI.
any suggestions will be appreciated.

I do that every time. Engine goes in ready to go. My attachment points will be a little different, but I use the 2 rear intake mounting bolts, one of the accessory bolt holes on the front and the alternator bracket.
