Hooker 2226HKR headers
This may be a dumb question. I bought my Hooker 2226HKR headers off eBay. The pass side front tube is seperate and a slip fit.
Did it come this way?
Will it leak?
If so, should I weld it or is that the only way to install?
Any input is appreciated!
Thanks, Scott

The slip tube is the way they come. It is necessary for installing them. I have the same headers and have no leak at the slip joint. Be prepared to set aside several hours to install these headers.......
