Where to place 1993 ECM??

Where to place 1993 ECM??

Currently its under the carpet under the passenger side....needs locating, I want the carpet to lay flush.....

Will it fit inside the passenger dash?

One thing you need to consider is how will the ECM be cooled? It needs air space to reject heat. Having it under carpet is like wrapping it in a blanket. It could over heat and fail.

Carpets just laying over it....its been like this for about 5 yrs...since the last owner did the conversion so im not worried about that....im just trying to get the car looking real nice...so I wanna located it somewhere where you dont see it

Transmission: 5 speeds
Axle/Gears: Moser 12 bolt tru tracker 3.42
I placed the computer near the master cylinder under the hood........the engine was from a vette, so the wire harness naturally pulled that way anyway.........It required relocating the clutch master cylinder to the firewall.........
