Engine: L98 5.7 liter 350
Transmission: T-5 manual 5-speed
is a rack and pinion needed for ls1 swap?

before you all beat me up for it i have been researching. i see places advertising a rack and pinion keep for the ls1 swap into a third gen. is it actually needed? or is it just for the added benifit of a Rack and pinion setup? can you run the parallelogram steering setup with an ls1?

you wont need a rack and pinion to swap in an ls1.
