91 chevy 1500 305 tbi?

I have a 91 z28 with a tired 305 tpi and just bought a 91 chevy 1500 with a 305 tbi.will the motor from the 1500 be the same motor as the camaro is?

Engine: L92/LQ4 (both w/4" stroke)

Transmission: 4L80E/4L80E

Axle/Gears: 12B-3.73/9"-3.89

Close, but not quite. No roller lifters in the truck engine, for instance. I'm not completely sure about the heads, either, but they're probably the same or close.

so I can get a flat tappet cam and lifter kit and still use the stock pushrods on the motor?
