305 to a 350

I want to swap my 305 to a 350.I want to get more horsepower.I also want to get a 6 speed trans ,i all raedy have a 5 speed.Will there be a diffirents between a 6 or 5 speed

In general, 5-speeds are weak. If a T-56 6-speed, it's much stronger.
