Engine: 305 tbi
Transmission: 700r4
Axle/Gears: 323 std
305 to 454 questions

how hard is this to do and will my 700r4 work with it?
i need to know what i will have to change to make it fit, header clearence, will it require new suspension ect. i have a 454 lined up to buy but i dont know how much work is going to be required so im just asking for a little help

its not a completely bolt in deal there is quite a bit of work required, the motor weighs morer that a 305 so the suspenson should be upgraded, the tranny will have to be beefed up, as with the rest of the drive train, you can get bb swap headers from summit and jegs, i belive they are long tube... its definatly doable and would be cool
