Doesn't include tin. Add the core, freight, and forklift charges to the posted price. Specify the 083 casting heads.

So is this the complete motor? I would just need ECU wiring harness and motor mounts to have a running 350 in my camaro correct?

It's a bare longblock. Block, crank, bearings, rods, pistons, rings, heads, valves, springs, cam, lifters, pushrods, rockers.

You would need to add your rear main seal carrier, oil pan, timing cover, valve covers, damper, flexplate/flywheel, water pump, intake, etc. I think they include the gaskets & seals to install those things, but I don't remember for sure. I can ask my brother to find out what all was/wasn't included.
