what should I be making with this setup
ok I'm Building a 350 to drop into my 92 w/305tbi. I will be installing a comp magnum hy. flat tappet cam in, using my stock 416 heads with a slight port and polish job done and 3 angle valve job, Edelbrock performer tbi intake, 3 in. exhaust from the y-pipe no cat, headman shorty camaro headers, 350 injectors from caprice w/tbi, and 350 knock sensor, open element air filter, and Ecm will be self prom'd when engine is dropped in. The engine is out of a 92 chevy truck I believe. It has stock pistons in it, putting new rings and rod bearings in main bearings are in good shape and using stock crankshaft. This will be run with a 700r4 and 3.73 gears. What type of realistic horsepower and tq should I be making

The Magnum cam and TBI probably won't play well together. You didn't say specifically what cam, but you'd probably be much happier with a similar XE grind. I'd certainly go with a roller if the block is machined for it, but if not, then stick with the flat tappet.
Assuming something in the 260 advertised duration range, compared the the stock 170 horses of your LO3, you'll probably be making something in the 250-275 range with that setup once you get the PROM happy.
