ive never seen it done and your probably goiing to get flamed for the idea, ford,chevy, dont mix well. y not just do and lsx swap? or if you like the mod motors use the gm versions

I wanted to do something different, and I know my mod engines really well. I also have a lot of spare parts. I love my 3rd gen, but it's got a crappy 305 in it. So I thought it would be neat to combine the Engine I like w/ the car I like!

Reminds me of the time we put a SBC355 in a '86 Mustang. Ran 11.8x on the motor and 10.3x on the NOS. Ford owners never stopped bashing while they were sent home with the tail tucked between their legs.
