Lifters in late model block

What solid roller lifters are you guys running in late model (hydraulic roller) blocks? I bought the Crane solid roller lifters and they did not even reach the camshaft lobes???

hmmm, hone the lifter bores, but the machine shop will do a better job
a little surface rust will kill you in the lifter bore.

Which Crane ones did you use? You'd need P/N 10510 for an OE roller block.

Car: Yes
Engine: Usually
Transmission: Sometimes
Axle/Gears: Behind me somewhere
Right; there's not too many of them that are tall enough for the link bars to clear the taller lifter bore in those blocks.

Also the 873, in a cutaway version.

Those look like Hydraulic roller lifter. He is looking for Solid Roller.

But yeah, those are for the stock Hydraulic roller blocks.
