Hey all,

I am a new guy at this but I do have friends that know a lot, So I can get help. I have a 91 rs with the 305 700r. I just picked up a 98 vortec out of a truck. I also got a computer, and wiring harness. The wiring and computer are out of a 96 as the said the passlock would give me a problem.

The question is this what do I need to do to put this engine in the camaro? For right now I just want it in there and running well. It is my summer car and eventually with be a screamin hot rod I hope. Right now I just want the new 350 to run. I was told two things by two different people. One said get rid of the multi port, and get a carb. The other said keep the multi port. So there is the problem. I need to get to work so I will read and reply after work. 4:00pm WA state time. I would recommend using your existing TBI system; except with a 350 TB & injectors, and chip and knock sensor, off of a 87-95 truck or Caprice.

Use a 4-barrel Vortec intake and a TBI adapter.
