what will it make

I want to start with a 350 Tpi because i have a 305 Tpi and wont have to deal with wirering. Then bore it 30 over put a 427 crank in it a high lifter cam with prob a set of port and polished toquer or elelbrock heads and top it off with the stock tpi intake and base but it port and siezmized (however u spell it) will that put out around 425 Hp or will i have to bump it up to a stelth Ram to put out those kind of numbers ? What about a carb? or a cheaper Aftermarket intake?

you make absolutely no sense.. a 427 is a big block.. there is NO way you can make that crank fit in a small block.. a high lifter cam?? honestly, i've never even heard of a that.. more like a high lift cam.. you need to give alot more info on a combo that you want to know about.. cams come in infinite amount of configurations.. you also have things like compression ratios, cylinder head flow, exhaust, intake setup and flow, injectors, etc... there are WAY too many variables to consider.. this is honestly about the 10th thread i've seen like this.. what will my motor put out?? i have a 350, cam, intake and carb.. GIVE MORE INFO

A 350 bored 0.030" over with a 3.75" stroke crank is a 383.

Feeding a 383 with stock-based TPI is an exercise in power restriction. Getting 425 HP out of such a combo is a pipe dream, pure and simple.

Carb is by far the cheaper way to accomplish that power goal, although you give up some of the street manners of the TPI. If you want to stick with EFI, figure on Miniram, Super Ram, or Stealth Ram. The '87 TPI was the MAF system, which is a power limitation all its own. SD will be more likely to get to the power level you're talking about, but will require hardware conversion and PROM tuning.

If you want a decent-running TPI set-up, consider this http://www.sdparts.com/product/SD360...ripEngine.aspx . It will probably cost you around $6k by the time you get it on the road. It will only be 360 HP, but is a lot more realistic and pretty much guaranteed. With the route you are currently considering, by the time you get a 350, stroke it to 383, get the cam, heads, TPI, exhaust, and other modifications done, you'll probably have spent a lot more than $6k; and getting to 425 HP will cost you a lot more. As in, a lot more.
