87 formula 350 to zz4 swap

I just purchased a 87 Formula 350 that needs a new motor and I was planning to put my zz4 motor in it. It will be backed by a TCI 700r4 with a non-lock up converter. Ive done some searches and read a few post and from what I gathered since the motor was meant to be carbed I would lose hp and the tpi setup would need to be upgraded. I am replacing the heads with the gm fastburns and have the hotcam package to go with it. I purchased a HSR to run on the motor and was wondering what I should do as far as the computer. I was planning on using the Holley Commander 950 or possibly the Accel DFI set up. I was hoping to get some input as to what would work better and which is easier to use and install. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Nobody else answered, and I'm probably not the best qualified.

You got the Vortec style HSR, right?

Either system should work fine. Could even use a stock computer to control it.
