the LT4 is a different manifold then your TPI, different coolant routing, and distributor is mounted off timing cover. yes that would be a great swap for your bird. do some searches for the swaps that others have done here for your specific needs.

You should get the entire engine, ECM, harnessing, and all accessories. The blocks are different - mounting an LT4 induction on a TPI engine, although it can be done, is just silliness (IMHO).
You will need to change the oil pan and oil pump to f-body style. The engine mounts from the TPI engine can be used on the LT4.

if its been sitting for a few years it might be a good idea to prime the engine. and while you have it out its a prime time for header instalation..... you might want that extra flow with that cam.

But either way, Five7 is right... you want to get the ECM, wiring harness, accessories etc. as well as the engine itself. And you'll need the whole engine. Its a totally different block casting from the TPI engine. TPIs are just tradiational SBC, but the LT1 and LT4 are not - they only (sorta) look like it.
