ok heres the thing im looking into rebuiling my 91 5speed problem is its a rs soo tbi im not loaded with money, and managed to pick up on this car cheap. already have a posi for it but i want to upgrade the motor to tpi due toi got an intire setup meaning harness heads intake setup dist, ecm,. im just wandering is it worth it i mean the 305 i have is built up a bit nice came and ported heads not to sure on the specs for sure there motor is bored .030 over . but pretty much i need all the info on the swap that could be used. what all needs to be done. is it exactly worth doing? thanks and sorry for asking a question that has been asked a million times

 

You need to replace the stuff you got (except the distributors are the same).

It is worth it, but the cam and exhaust are also better pieces on TPI cars than TBI.
