crank and bearings

im building a 350 block for my camaro and im using a used crank that has been machined and i have got the crank measured and all but i dont know what size bearings i need to use. I also dont know what year the block is and im just overall confused right now. if someone could help me out that would be great thanks

What size is the crank? 2.499 I think is normal, if it's 2.489 then it'd take .010" undersize bearings, etc. Someone correct me if i'm off on that number. Easiest bet is to ask what the crank was machined for. If he says "it was turned 10/10" that means .010 on the mains, .010 on the rod bearings. It's rare to hear "10/20" or something like that.
