89 IROC TPI into 91 firebird - air intake ?

Engine: TPI 350
Transmission: 5-Speed
Axle/Gears: 2.77 posi
89 IROC TPI into 91 firebird - air intake ?
Will the IROC air intake fit under to 91 firebird hood around the hood latch area? Hood close?
Or will I need the Firebird air intake?
Finally getting around to doing the swap.
EDIT: I wasn't clear on what I am doing - the engine is a TPI 350 from a 1989 IROC. Going into a 1991 Firebird. It is not a Formula or Trans am.
Using the 5-speed from the 305 TBI. Using the 3.23 posi rear w/disc brakes. WOuld like to use the 700r4 but too much stuff to change out right now.
