check it out, firing my camaro for first time

a short clip of my new engine (well new used engine) from an 81 z28 camaro. Its a sbc 305, its pretty much stock exept its got chrome valve covers, edelbrock air cleaner, accel super coil, edelbrock intake (not on at the time but will be soon), Also plan on putting new comp cam extreme energey 262 cam, and hooker shorty headers. Transmission is also new (well used but it works lol) th350, need new gasket for oil pan though, but i am ordering shift kit and i think it comes with it.
Sorry for the cloths lol its was -20 outside, and i didn't feel like catching a cold. And if you understand french, don't ask me why i said 350 lol.

Nope, don't understand French, but I do understand Vroom. . .

Love your high-tech priming device.

Congrats. Now to button it up.

Re: check it out, firing my camaro for first time

when i was firing that thing up with no exhaust system what so ever, it was 1: AM. Aperently, my neighbors don't like the sound of a 305 running only with manifoils, someone did a complaint at the cops lol.

ANd o yha, small question, i had to take out the coil when putting it in, and replace it cause i thought it was faulty, but i found the problem later, (wasn't pluged to any power source lol). The coil i put in the an accel supercoil that i had gotten with the enginem, it woudn't fit the way it should have went in so i had to turn it further and back the plugs up 2 spots, now the thing is the plugs on the coil weren't pluged and i had to reconnect all of them, now i don't know if i have them all at the right spot, it seems to be running ok, but didn't get the chance to really give it much since i had to park it for the winter,(dont like the cold). How do i know which ones go where?, Like i mean that connects to the coil goes to which spark, but i don't know which plug to use on every spark cause their all differen't length you know what i mean? will this affect anything or can it just be left like i put it in.

It doesn't affect anything. You can have #1 on any of the 8 terminals as long as the rotor is pointing to that terminal when the #1 cylinder is in the firing position.

I'm using the Super Coil on my Camaro and '57 - it won't stay on the '57, because I can't mount my windshield wiper motor with it.
