will tpi work on late 60's 350 block

I have a 91 rs 305 tbi and i am building a 350 the block is a 010 late 60's block with 041 heads and i want to go tpi is this possible ? can u let me know what i will need to make this work Thanks .

i really dont no but i do know its a 2 piece rear main seal and tpi motors are hyd roller motors and to make an early 350 motor a hyd motor you would have to buy retro roller lifters and thoes are super expensive but this is my 2 cents and please correct me if im wrong

To make it a roller yes. If the engine isnt built, you may as well find a roller block, and do it right. Many advantages to the roller block as far as cost later. You should probably look at a different head. Vortecs, ported L98's something along that line, if you want to stay gm.

ps. vortec + TPI = lighter wallet
