Not without a bunch of work that would cost you as much or more than a set of Vortec heads, which would provide all of the benefits of the LT1 heads with none of the hassles.

If you are talking about the aluminum LT1 heads, even a converted set would be a poor choice... they have tiny little 53cc chambers, so it would be almost impossible to get a good set of pistons that will bring down the compression to a reasonable level on a 400.
The Vortec heads are a better choice - they are based on the LT1 heads (same chamber design, but 64cc) and they breathe better in stock form too. They will also bolt right on, with the only major change being the intake manifold. Dollars and power ahead using those over the LT1s.
The LT1 will physically bolt on to any Gen 1 small block once its been converted. Everything from the 262ci to 400ci and all in between.

The LT1 intake will fit on any standard SBC heads, but has to be modified to allow for the coolant passages in the head and a hole drilled in the back and spacers for the distributor. You would also have to run a remote thermostat housing since there is no place for the thermostat to go in the LT1 intake. You can do a search or goto http://www.lt1intake.com to see how the modification is done.
