i have a 350 right now on my 86 camaro im thinking of going with 454 bbc and a 100 to 150 shot of nos and i wanted to know if the turbo 350 and a stock rear end can take it?

Depends what you do to the BBC. I never had a TH350 behind a BBC. When I was using a smaller BBC, I had a TH400 for about a year before swapping to the powerglide.
I pushed a beefed up 10 bolt into the low 11's before swapping it out for a 9". Factory cars have also broken 10 bolt diffs on the street. No matter how much you try to beef it up, the weak link will always be the tiny ring and pinion.
If you plan on making any kind of big power with the engine, upgrade to at least a TH400 and a 9" or 12 bolt diff.
