so after 2 weeks of having this damn car, it will now not start. (we're working on that tomorrow...something with timing)

anyway, i bought this 83 for $1500, and in the car is the crossfire injection with a th350. along with the car came some extra parts for it, and also a carb'd 305.

so i decided there is SOMEONE who wants that xfire more than i do, so this week i'm going to trade out intakes.

has anyone done this, and do you have any tips?

this is my first time to do this....im really hoping to get rid of some of this nasty-a$$ wiring.

It's basically an EFI to carb change-out, and there's a tech article linked from the thirdgen.org homepage about that process.

FWIW, 3rd gens didn't come with TH350's, but TH200C's.

 

Let me know when you are ready to sell the crossfire parts. Always interested in buying the manifolds, tbis, linkage, emissions stuff, AIR stuff, etc.
