2.8 swap to 4.3?

Car: 1985 Iroc-Z28
Engine: 350 TPI V8
Transmission: Auto 4 speed
Axle/Gears: 3.42 posi
2.8 swap to 4.3?
Just thinking about swapping my 2.8 for a 4.3 in a 88 Camaro, any advise or is even possible without major mod's?
