v6 swap
I know this question is probably on here a million times already but when swapping a 2.8 v6 to a 350 in a 1989 camaro what do I need to do to move the motor mounts and what can I expect in terms of difficulty?

Re: v6 swap
I read the thread and just want to understand something right quick, when he says "drop the a arm, does that mean dissasemble the entire brake system, shock system, sway bar system, and let the a arm swing down? Or does he mean removing the a arm from the k member from that bolt that makes the a arm swing?

What you need to do is get the A-arm bushing bolts out and the A-arm off of the K-member, if you're talking about getting to the chassis side mount bolts.
Doing this with the engine out is not an easy task, as the front end of the car, without the engine/transmission, does not weigh enough to keep the spring compressed for this job.
