used 350, top end kit what else?
I am picking up a used 350 tommorow and i found this kit http://store.summitracing.com/partde...5&autoview=sku . I was wondering what you may suggest for an intake, carburetor, lifters and push rods thanks ahead of time for any info.

That'll need a lot of RPMs for a 350 to keep up with it. Hope you plan on a complete upgrade rebuild on the shortblock.
Lifters depend upon the type of block. Either retrofit roller if '86-older, or good factory rollers if '87-later roller lifter block. Pushrods of proper length (which you'll determine when you assemble the engine).
Intake, either Performer RPM or Victor Jr. Carb, 750-800 CFM Holley double pumper.

Maybe i would be better with something like this http://store.summitracing.com/partde...5&autoview=sku comes with lifters and rods and is a little less radical what do you think?

That's more reasonable. What type of block are you getting? Roller or flat tappet, one- or two-piece rear main seal, year if known, etc.
A shortblock refresh would include pistons & rings, and bearings. How much to bore depends upon how much is needed to clean up the cylinders. .030"-over is typical, although .020" would probably cover most cases. Shops just do .030" over because it will almost always clean up the cylinders. Hypereutectic pistons are fine for most applications, use forged if you might ever consider spraying it.
ARP rod bolts is always a good idea, especially you'll be turning more RPMs. Some people like to just go ahead and get new rods with the ARP bolts already installed, because most likely you'll need to have the rod big ends resized when you replace the rod bolts. Your call.
