How do I install a Cam Sensor from LT1 motor on a TPI motor?

Hey guys
want to run sequential injection on my TPI motor with EMS Dualsport ECU.
I believe I need a cam sensor for the sequential injection to work properly and someone suggested using an LT1 timing cover and cam sensor.

I've since been told the LT1 Timing cover won't fit the TPI motor so how do i install a cam sensor on a stock TPI motor?

LT1's didn't have cam sensors, they had crank sensors in the '96-'97 models.

The Opti was the cam sensor on the LT1, just like the dissy is the cam sensor on your TPI. Same with the L31 engines.

Only if the system doesn't require a cam position sensor.
