reman engine

i need a reman long block l98 for my 87 350tpi iroc. i need it asap. i want something fairly priced and something people have experience with thats reliable enough to not worry about anything breaking or so on. please tell me your experiences with different remans and companys o and definitly pricing

You could just Google it, almost all companies that sell reman. blocks have pretty decent warranties, with nothing to worry about. But here you go, they sell probably the cheapest complete long block Chevy's you'll find. http://www.cmengines.com/Engines/Per...3/Default.aspx

They have 325 and 350 horse 350's. Not exactly crazy numbers, and they're under 3 grand for a complete engine.

i saw that but i want a stock cam bec i will be using this to compute every day and need something prob by the end of the next week or two. i dont have the time for tuneing and playing around with different combos i want to just drop it in and go with my full exhaust and aftermarket top end set up.(full intake)

Well in that case, you'd have way better luck looking in your area, possibly for a parts car with a decent engine.
