It has a manual fuel pump. what would i need to do to make this work as far as fuel delivery? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

For the record, that isn't emissions-legal in any of the 50 states for use on public roads.
As to what you need to do, it's basically an EFI to carb conversion with an engine swap thrown in.
What transmission do you have or will you be using?

You'll need a throttle valve cable corrector bracket for the carb throttle arm, and some means of locking up the torque converter clutch during cruise conditions.
I guess I didn't address your original question. Personally, I'd remove and block off the mechanical pump and use the in-tank electric with a return-style regulator.
