If you're talking about the 330 hp version, it has Vortec heads, so you'll need a Vortec intake. Reports vary as to whether they have the exhaust crossover passage, so EGR could be an issue.
You didn't say what year your car is, but the 350 will be one-piece rear main seal, meaning a new flex plate is in order. You'll also need a 350 knock sensor and module, and harmonic balancer.
You ought to help that 350 breathe, so a high flow exhaust system from heads to bumper should be considered a must.
Other than that, your carb will work, just rerod/hanger the secondaries. An aftermarket chip would enhance the advance curve, but that isn't a must. Figure on filling the tank with high octane unleaded.

I'm considering the same change on my '85 Z w/ the LG4. Check out the responses on motor swap page, 305 to new 305 subject. I got a lot of questions answered there. Gm also offers 250 hp/ 304ft.lb , 350 that accepts most of our 305 equipment. FYI . Good luck!

The part # for the 350 HO conversion kit is 10185077. You have to start with a carbureted automatic car from '82-87. Since pyro has an '85 5-speed, he's eliminated for an emissions-legal conversion. But, does anyone look in MI?
The kit runs about $4300 plus tax & shipping. A student on a limited budget probably isn't going to be able to handle that.
The crate motor rusty mentioned is probably the better bet overall. Less $'s, has EGR passages, runs on regular unleaded, etc. Believe it is also two-piece rear main, but if not, flex plate is only about $50.
