Exhaust manifold on swap???

I'm getting the 350 HO w/TBI set-up, regular package cuz I can reuse some of my old stuff. My question is:
It doesn't come with an exhaust manifold, and I don't have the money for heards yet, so do i need a new one, or can I use the one from my 305? Also, do I have the buy the HEI distributor, or do I have one already?(I'm dumb, dont know what I got)

Also, my friend has a 65 rustang(i didnt know, or he wouldnt be my friend) and he doesnt believe that I can pull 330 hp out of the 350 HO, or even 300 for that matter. Will I be able to dust his *** (289 V8, I think 235 hp??) I'm sure that with 300 hp I would, but he doesnt think so, so I want reassurance, what do you guys think?

This swap is getting more confusing by the hour, but I'm almost ready for this. I found a vortec intake with egr provisions for my emissions crap(finally), got the 670 cfm throttle body from Holley, my harmonic balancer, and the 350 HO. I think I'll be set once I buy the flywheel and exhaust manifold(if I can't reuse it)
Later on boys
Dave

Most of the rustangs you will encounter on the street will not be pulling the horsepower you've got. Now, how you handle that horsepower is entirely up to you the driver.

What do you mean how I handle it? You mean like the way that I drive? I'm going to drive like an old lady until someone tries to race me. I want everyone to think I have a 305 in my RS. Then I'll light em up. I didnt even tell me friends about the swap that I'm doing. It's gonna be a hell of a suprise.....

Hehe
Peace
