Axle/Gears: 4.10
Cam bearings

Do i have to change my cam bearings if im buying a new cam or just
look over them and the surface on the cam to make sure there nice and smooth.

They don't have to be changed as long as they are in good condition.

If they fall out of the block, they need to be changed. It's unlikely they'll ever get worn unless you have a very high mileage neglected engine.

Thanks for your replys. Im changing the cam because I seen a cam lobe went flat when I was changing my oil pan.
