78 350 and a 76 TH200 in my 82 S/E HELP ¡¡¡¡
Im swapping a 78 350 in my 82 S/E but i have a TH200 from 1976 Tranny ..i was thinking if this tranny will work fine with my 350?

Do i have to shorten the Driveshaft? originally it came with a 2.8 and a TH200 for V6

Axle/Gears: 12B-3.73/9"-3.89
It will work, and the driveshaft will be the same length. It might not have a lockup torque converter, though. I'm not sure about that one. Does it have an electrical connection by the shift arm just above the pan?
