Hey, I was really considering swapping my 3.1 to a supercharged 3.8. I found a buddy of mine with a 98 chevy 3.8 pretty cheap. I also found a 3.8 supercharger for 250 dollars. However, I don't know what I will have to switch/replace on my car to do these things????? If someone could give me a list of what I have to do I would greatly appreciate it,

Take a look at the FAQ's on this board. There's a discussion of the 3.8 turbo which should cover a lot of what you'll need to do.

At the very least, your tranny won't mount to the 3.8.
