Yeah its been covered i know But no topics answer my questions. How hard is it gonna be. Where should i get the mounts. i know i need a longer drive shaft. front shocks springs?? gimme all ya got boys.
look in archives...it's all there.
But, you can go cheap or spendy...
-get motor mounts from JY, auto parts store, or dealership
-don't "need" new springs, but ya might as well put 'em in cause you'll be taking them out to get at the mounts. Get from JY or get a nice set from Eibach.
-Plan on spending lots of money. I've done it for as little as$1500 and as much as $5000; depends on what type of parts you're buying...

do it right, or do it twice. why buy the cheap parts with the intention of replacing them later when you could just save the money and buy the better parts now. and plan on spending so much money because there is alot to do when going from V6 to V8
such as:
exhaust
cooling
new accesories unless you get a complete complete v8. and unless you know the waterpump starter and all that is in good working order you might need to replace them as well. your gonna need oil, tranny fluid, belts, maybe some wire for lengthening electrical system. need to run a fuel line over to the passenger side as that is where the mechanical fuel pump is on a chevy V8. depending on what V6 you have right now something might have to be done with an intank electrical fuel pump. this will not be easy or cheap.
as five7kid says the cheapest route(which you seem to be after)is to sell the V6 car and buy a factory V8 car.
