Swapping a 305 TPI into a car that had a carb.
Lets say I take off the motor mounts, disconnect the fuel lines, exhaust and trans., drain the coolant and disconnect any wires attached to the body and pulled out the motor from a running car, what else would I need to drop it in a car that previously had a carb. engine in it besides the high pressure fuel pump, which I already have. How about the instrument cluster, will my oil pressure, temp guage and amp meter all plug into this motor? I am trying to make this swap as painless as possible.
Thanks

Take the fuel lines from the tank to the engine as well. You'll want the fuel filter and flexible lines that come with them.
Everything from the ECM forward, including the harness that goes through the kick panel, any sensor attached to the harness, every vacuum line and every part attached to them unless you know for a fact yours is the same (cruise might fit that catagory). I know you'll also need the fuel pump relay, but I don't know the details on that. I decided to stick with carb (at least for now) before I figured that out.
About a third of the way down the page, https://www.thirdgen.org/newdesign/faq/thirdgen.shtml lists the parts. Doesn't list the fuel pump or relays, though. Oops.
