What kind of information are you looking for?
If you want something that has details like, "Step 1: Open the hood by pulling the release lever on the driver's side kick panel" and the last step says "Close the hood and take the car for a test drive", I doubt you're going to find that anywhere.
There used to be engine swap books out there because life was simpler in the good ol' days. For instance, in 1957 every Chevrolet passenger car had the same basic chassis (Corvettes excluded). The low-buck economy 6-cylinder 3-on-the-tree sedan had a lot in common with the top-of-the-line high compression fuel injected solid lifter Nomad.
That just isn't the case anymore. Your desire to put a V8 in a factory V6 car is a perfect example. What it takes is a fair amount of underhood experience and some ability to think outside the box. Too many variables for someone to have done that for you already.
