3.4L Swap w/ '95 Camaro SFI and DIS
I've already swapped a previously carbed 2.8 for a 3.4 with SFI system and DIS from a '95 F-body. I've got all engine mounted sensors along with the O2 sensors on the 3.4 stock manifolds. I've also got the original '95 Camaro engine harness and ECM from a '95 Camaro 5spd car. All of this is plugged in, engine is installed and ready to go. Also, I have a VATS passkey bypass module installed (I think properly.) Basically I'm stuck on the wiring. I can't find decent wiring diagrams, etc. Has anyone done this before, and can give me a few pointers on where to start with the wiring? It's hard to get started because there's SO MANY variables. If I could get the majority of the necessary leads straightened out I'd be ready to roll and test the rest. HELP!!!

You might want to ask this of the guys at http://www.f-body.net or http://www.camaroz28.com - both have V6 sections, and some of those guys really know their stuff.
If it's all "plugged in", though, what's left to figure out? Do you have wires hanging, or will the thing just not start? Does it crank but not run? Does it run and stall?

Everything's plugged in, but you have to keep in mind - I only have the things that are attached to the engine, so there are naturally some left over plugs. Also, there are the '95 safety systems to consider. For example, in the '95 the engine won't start if the clutch is not depressed, and the passkey is not in the ignition, etc., etc. Also, I need to know what leads need to be hot when the ignition is in the run position, and which ones for the ignition in the start position, etc.

A chiltons manual perhaps? Hayes?
If neither one of those has them, go to your local dealership and buy a GM service manual.
Good luck!
