3.8 Turbo SWAP

Hey all,
I am planning a motor swap for my 'maro in the near future, and I am thinking on swapping the tired ol' 305 TBI for a Buick GN or Turbo Regal motor. Has anyone done this, or could anyone tell me about absolutely anything about this kind of swap. (ie. engine mounts, tranny, rear end, gearing, etc etc.) I REALLY would appreciate your feedback. thanks guys.
