Offset starter with headers Clearance????

Offset starter with headers Clearance????
Has anyone run into issues with this combo?
I am getting ready to drop in a low milage rebuilt 350 but noticed the flexplate was cracked around one of the converter holes and warped around another.
I have a 168th flexplate and a matching starter but dont want to have to pull it again due to the starter not clearing.
I tried locating a 153th flexplate but as usual in my area it needs to be ordered in and i am ready to drop it in now and working outside so i dont really want to let it sit while i wait for parts.
