Axle/Gears: 3.73
Engine swap
So im buildign a a 350 .040 over on the bore with speed pro trw flat top pistons with a -.o15 deck height, -7cc four valve relief with vortec iron heads with setup for .500 lift. i was wondering if anybody could match me up a cam for theses heads to my motor for my 1986 trans am none fuel inj. thanks

you have a serious mismatch between your new compression ratio and your stock rear axle gearing. Are you willing to fix the gearing situation, or do you prefer a very compromised cam?

well the the swap in not for sure into my other thirdgen, but because its an option it makes this question thirdgen related so i was just wondering what cam would best match up right now to make best possible power at the crank then what ever the motor goes in the drive train will be adjusted to it

its gonna have a carb, and i want the cam to be a hydraulic not roller or solid. Im looking for a cam thats gonna make good horsepower and lots of torque at the crank
