let me start with i have done motor swaps on manual cars only
i would like any advice or pointers before starting this project
i have a 1987 camaro with a 305 tpi in it the car was orignally a 350 i was told by previous owner why he bought a 305 after spending over 2000 for a motor is beyond me. i have found a 350 tpi with wiring harnass and told everything i need to do the swap. the motor is from a maf car not speed density

 

Is sounds as though you have everything you need, The wiring harness should be the same from the 305-350, the only thing i think you need to change is the ESC module, knock sensor and Prom(assuming all these were changed when the car was swapped to a 305)
