Re: casting numbers
Its likely that you are going to replace parts during the rebuild process and won't reuse the rotating assembly. What are the casting numbers on the heads? Those are likely the most valuable part of that motor.

Re: casting numbers
Not any real "specs". Just a bunch of stock 350 stuff. Pistons and cam won't be getting re-used, so those don't much matter. Crank is .... a 350 crank.
What are you really wanting to know? i.e. what would you do differently based on some attribute or other of those parts?

Re: casting numbers
The whole thing is just the most ordinary stock stuff there is.
Being "stock", and you're going to re-use it, all you need to know is, "stock". That should get you everything you need with no further questions needed to be asked. Anything that fits "stock" will fill the bill.
Why would you NOT re-use those heads? Are they damaged somehow?

Re: casting numbers
Probably is...
Aluminum welds up REAL GOOD. Very common to have that happen these days, with most heads being aluminum nowadays. Not much of a problem at all.

Re: casting numbers
Iunno... some kind of black stuff maybe?
You'll be replacing them anyway so it doesn't too much matter. Throw em in the trash and move on.

Re: casting numbers
Cam is probably OK; for all practical purposes, the journals NEVER get damaged by anything, except metal chips. Which tends to be fairly obvious.
If they're not all tore up and scored looking, they're fine.

Most clean up fine with a light skim unless engine was overheated enough to warp head

Re: casting numbers
the head gasket actually blew out on cylinders 5 and 6 and i have to get them welded up rite under the sparkplug block between the combustion chamber and the oval water port on both cylinders then after they weld them they r gonna resurface them and that will take care of any warping
